This fits true to size with the elastic waist giving some flexibility to the fit. Jorgia is a size 7 and 172cm, and wears a size 8.

Half waist lying flat (elastic unstretched):

The shirred flowers and bubble hem make the length hard to measure accurately, please use the below as a loose guide only:
